Participants will learn:
Resume Essentials: Understand the structure, format, and key elements of an effective professional resume.
Targeted Content: Learn how to highlight skills, experience, accomplishments, and transferable skills relevant to the position or industry.
ATS-Friendly Strategies: Understand how to use appropriate keywords and formatting to help resumes successfully navigate Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
One-on-One Review: Receive personalized feedback and recommendations to strengthen and refine the resume.
Professional Presentation: Avoid common resume mistakes and create a document that is clear, concise, and easy for employers to review.
Participants leave with a polished, job-ready resume designed to help them compete more effectively for employment opportunities.

The Think Customer Service Professional™ (TCSP) credential is designed to validate the knowledge, skills, and professional standards essential to delivering exceptional customer experiences. The certification prepares professionals to demonstrate competency in:
