Founded in 2003 by Boris S. and Nattlie J. Ringer, Ringer Center of Excellence, Inc. (RCE) is a nonprofit workforce and youth development organization dedicated to creating pathways to education, employment, and sustainable success.

For more than two decades, RCE has served over 80,000 youth and adults, providing career development, workforce readiness, leadership development, employment support, and essential skills programming designed to help individuals recognize their potential and prepare for meaningful opportunities.

Through partnerships with schools, government agencies, corporations, nonprofits, and community organizations, RCE connects people with the skills, resources, experiences, and opportunities they need to move forward with confidence.

Our mission is to educate, empower, and equip unemployed, underemployed, unhoused, and different-ability youth and adults with the skills and tools needed to achieve a sustainable lifestyle.

Our Founders

Boris S. and Nattlie J. Ringer shared a vision to help individuals overcome barriers, embrace opportunity, and build sustainable lives.

Boris, raised by a devoted single mother in Fayetteville, Georgia, and Nattlie, an Atlanta native whose parents devoted their lives to education and ministry, brought together their experiences, values, and passion for helping others to create an organization rooted in empowerment, opportunity, and self-sufficiency.

That vision continues to guide RCE today. At the heart of the organization is a belief in the power of transformation—helping individuals, families, and communities move from struggle to stability, dependency to self-reliance, and hopelessness to empowerment.

Beyond their work, Boris and Nattlie are the proud parents of two sons, Stefan and Desmond, and delighted grandparents to their granddaughter, Rose Lauryn.
